The formular Biocide of Benzisothiazolinoe and Methylisothiazolinone is a new type of environmentally friendly broad-spectrum antiseptic preservative, the main active ingredient is (BIT+MIT), we called MB5 Biocide. It's especially suitable for high temperature environments and alkaline systems.

The formular biociede of BIT and MIT is widely used in the antiseptic and antiseptic of water and oily systems such as paints, adhesives, inks, and polymer synthetic emulsions. It is a new generation of important environmentally friendly industrial antiseptic and antiseptic.

1. With high efficiency and broad spectrum, it can effectively kill a variety of bacteria, fungi, molds, yeasts, anaerobic bacteria, Pseudomonas, Legionella, hydrogen sulfide-generating bacteria, rust bacteria, Bacillus, etc. , It kills plankton and algae, has a broad-spectrum and long-lasting bactericidal and anti-mildew effect, does not produce drug resistance, and a good antibacterial effect can be achieved with a concentration of 0.1%.

2. MB5 Biocide has good compatibility with various emulsifiers, surfactants and other ingredients. It can be miscible with alcohol and water in any ratio and is stable to amine compounds.

3. The applicable pH range is wider than similar products, and it can be used for pH 2-14.

4. Strong stability: There will be no change in storage at -2℃ to 50℃ for one year, and the effective ingredients are also stable at 150℃.

5. No formaldehyde, odorless, no VOC, non-toxic, no heavy metals and halogen compounds.

Application:

The formular Biocide of Benzisothiazolinoe and Methylisothiazolinone is widely used in coatings, water-based polymers, metal cutting fluids, adhesives, inks and other industries.

Dosage:

In coatings, adhesives, polymer synthetic emulsions and other water-based systems, the general use concentration is 0.1-0.3% (w/w), depending on whether the product is susceptible to microbial erosion and the storage environment of the product.

Safety performance:

Acute oral LD50 of 5000mg/kg in rats is a non-toxic product.

Package:

25KG/drum, 50KG/drum and 200KG/drum. The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature, protected from light and airtight and moisture-proof.

Attention:

Avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes, and rinse with plenty of tap water immediately when it touches the eyes.
