General:
Our factory launches the CB10 biocide, it is the aqueous biocide of CMIT MIT and Bronopol, which is same biocide same as Rocima 523 Biocide. The free sample could be supplied for testing. Our technical workers alos could formular various difference optimized ratios of the chemically different active principles of mixture of CMIT, MIT and Bronopol. And the combined effect of the optimized ratios of the chemically different active principles of CB10 provide excellent bacterial and fungal control and prevent the growth of esistant strains of microorganisms. CB10 may be employed in binders for final products to be used in indirect food contact.
Dosage of Aqueous biocide of CMIT MIT and BNP:
CB10 due to its good effectiveness, only requires small amounts to be added for complete in-can protection. As a general guideline the usage of 0.1% in relation to the total formula is recommended. The dosage rates of an in-can preservative depend upon the degree of contamination and susceptibility of the raw materials used in the formulation.
The following concentrations are recommended as a guideline only:
Binders, paints and plasters: 0.05-0.30%
Glues, adhesives, pastes: 0.10-0.30%
Thickener solutions : 0.10-0.20%
