Formular biocides for cosmetic MB5
Our factory produce the MB5 Biocides which is used for cosmetics, it combines the well proven active ingredients BIT and MIT. MB5 is a VOC- and AOX-free preparation. It is formulated without the addition of any organic solvents, halogenated organic compounds, formaldehyde releasing compounds or bivalent metal ions. Widely used to protect latex paints, polymer emulsions, adhesives, enamels, fillers, sealants and other water-based products from harmful microorganisms when they are wet, especially suitable for products with higher pH values and environmentally friendly formulas.

MIT-50 is a kind of high efficient bactericide,hot resistant and aqueous preservatives,have good function to inhibit the growth of microorganisms, can inhibit the growth of bacteria, fungus and mould. Bactericidal algaecide - Isothiazolinone Fungicide
The isothiazolinone Biocide is a surfactant and a non-oxidative bactericide. It has broad-spectrum and high-efficiency sterilization and algae killing ability. The active ingredient is chloromethylisothiazolinone and methylisothiazolinone, with purity 1.5%. It contains neither formaldehyde nor cationic or phenolic substances. Therefore, it is particularly suited for use in products not compatible with these substances.

Isothiazolinone Fungicide (Kathon Biocide) CAS 26172-55-4
Isothiazolinone plays a bactericidal effect by breaking the bond between bacteria and algae proteins, resulting in the death of microbial cells, making effective biocide effect. The stability of Kathon preservative is good. The suitable temperature for storage is between 0-25 degrees at room temperature. The higher temperature will cause activity of Isothiazolinone decrease.
