BIT-10 Preservative is a zero VOC, broad spectrum biocide for the preservation of industrial water-based products against spoilage from bacteria, yeasts and fungi. Our biocide of BIT-10 Preservative is a pumpable 9.25% aqueous solution of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one. Our BIT10 solution is with same effect as Proxel AQ.

Amount to Use
Results of initial studies indicate that a concentration of BIT 10 Preservative in the range 0.075–0.5% should be sufficient for most applications. Since the effective concentration can be dependent on several factors, we recommend that compatibility/stability trials and microbiological challenge testing should be carried out before use.
