DBNPA 10% fast-acting antimicrobial agent is a fast-acting broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent. It is an ideal antimicrobial agent for eliminating microbial contamination in raw materials or products. Products used include: water-based coatings, polymers, slurries, adhesives, latex, admixtures, process water and special industrial products. It is particularly used for rapid disinfection of production equipment and workplaces, prevention of microbial infection in raw materials and finished products, and remediation and recovery of product microbial contamination in the early stages. It is widely used in water-based formulations.

Application/dosage:

Sterilization and disinfection of process water: 0.02-0.10%

Remediation and recovery of contaminated products: 0.1-0.5%

Disinfection of production equipment and sites: 0.10-0.5%

 

Usage/compatibility

1) It can be added at any stage of the production process, but it is recommended to add it as early as possible in the production process. And pay attention to the temperature, Ph value and redox potential when adding, which will not affect the stability of this product. When using this product for the first time, it is recommended that users conduct experiments.

2) It can effectively kill more than 90% of bacteria within 20 minutes, and the sterilization speed increases with the increase of pH value and temperature. The pH value range is 3-10, and the temperature should not be higher than 50 . If the pH value exceeds 10, the dosage can be appropriately increased and the stirring speed can be accelerated;

3) Depending on the environmental conditions, the half-life is usually no more than 30 minutes, and 99.999% of the sterilization effect can be exerted before decomposition and failure;

4) It needs to be diluted with water before use, and the dilution ratio should be more than 10 times, otherwise crystals may precipitate;
